Steven Sarkis

Steven Sarkis, our father, passed the morning  of September 19th, 2020 at the young age of 53 after a long hard fought battle with mesothelioma.  He was a man who brightened up rooms, lifted people up, and lived his life to the fullest.  He was an example of what a loving husband, father, brother, and friend should be.  He loved embarrassing our mother constantly, asking new people if they can believe she’s had 4 kids.  He could never resist taking over a dance floor and having his presence be felt at every party.  Steve loved staying active whether it was in the gym, in the yard, at the beach, or on the soccer field.  He made friends all around the world.  People couldn’t help but want to gravitate towards him.  He was a man of few words but had  a lot to say.   Dad lived three lifetimes and continued living his life to the fullest until the very end.  Steven’s legacy will be carried on by his four kids, Giorgio, Alexander, Jonathan, and Elizabeth and his loving wife Judy.  You’ll be missed dad.  We love you.   In memory of Steven Sarkis,  donations can be made to Our Lady of theCedars, 61 Rockwood Street, Jamaica Plain, MA  02130
