Phyllis J. Caulfield (Squeglia) of Milton, passed peacefully on October 22 surrounded by her loving family at the age of 92. Beloved wife of John F. Caulfield Jr. (Boston Police Dept.) for 72 wonderful years. Devoted mother of John F. Caulfield III (Mass State Police) and his wife Colleen of Franklin, Dennis M. Caulfield and his wife Mary Lisa of Canton, Dorinda S. Smyth of Milton, Kevin J. Caulfield and his wife Kathleen of Hyde Park, Ralph W. Caulfield (Boston Police Dept.) and his wife Maria of Canton, William E. Caulfield and his wife Kathy of Hanson, and Marcia A. Wetterberg and her husband Rick of Weymouth. Loving "Grandma" of 20 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
Phyllis's grandchildren loved her for her ongoing support, kindness, acceptance, and her back-scratching abilities. Family and God always came first to Phyllis and in turn, she was always surrounded with love. She will be greatly missed.
Visiting hours will be held Tuesday morning from 9 - 11:00 a.m. at the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home 22 Oak Street, Hyde Park followed by a Mass of Christian burial at Most Precious Blood Church, Hyde Park at 11:00 a.m. and Internment at Milton Cemetery, relatives and friends invited.
