Madeline Maccaro

Madeline V. Maccaro of West Roxbury passed away peacefully on August 6, 2020 at the age of 91.  She was the cherished daughter of the late Salvatore Maccaro and Carmela (Mariano) and the beloved sister of Alice Maccaro and the late Jimmy Maccaro.

A devout Catholic, Maddie (Cousin Lena) had an unending belief in God and practiced her faith every day.  She made the world a better place, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. 

It is with the deepest gratitude that Maddie’s (Cousin Lena’s) family would like to acknowledge the kindness and compassion of the entire staff at the Hebrew Senior Life –especially her “4 Berenson East” Family.

In Maddie’s (Cousin Lena’s) memory -please be kind to someone. Call a friend or relative you haven’t reached out to recently. Visit a shut-in or nursing home resident. Forgive someone. All acts of kindness are appreciated.  Due to COVID-19 the family asks that all relatives attending to please follow safety protocol by wearing a mask and social distancing.
