Carlos Pinheiro

Carlos Pinheiro, age 58, died on Thursday, January 6th, 2022 in Peabody, Massachusetts. Beloved by all who knew him, Carlos was born on April 28, 1963 in Resplendor, Minas Gerais, Brazil. After immigrating to the United States, he married Rebecca Coulson (Pinheiro) on April 13, 2006. Carlos is survived by Rebecca and their two children, Kasandra and Jakob. He is also survived by two daughters from a previous marriage, Aline Givigi and Mikaely Givigi, both of whom reside in Brazil. Carlos is survived by his father, Jayr Pinheiro, and his siblings Valto Pinheiro, Nice Pinheiro, Altair Pinheiro, Claude Pinheiro, Eunice Pinheiro, and his half siblings Raiana Pinheiro, Jayana Pinheiro, Jayr Jr. Pinheiro, Gabriel Pinheiro, and by his stepbrother Bruno Carvalho. Carlos was preceded in death by his mother, Maria Ramos, and his brother Sandro Pinheiro. 

A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 10th at Stratford Street United Church in West Roxbury, with a reception to follow. Carlos’s pastor, Rev. Abigail Henrich, will officiate.  

Carlos was an extraordinarily kind person who worked hard for his family and tried to make everyone around him happy. He had an excellent sense of humor and made the best rice and beans. Carlos loved family, coffee, laughter, soccer, and Brazilian music. He had a twinkle in his eye. Everyone who knew him will miss him.
