Robert E Shorey

SHOREY, Robert E. "Tiny Jr." of East Bridgewater, formerly of Hyde Park, passed peacefully on November 29 surrounded by his family at the age of 73.  Former husband of Donna (Peterson).  Loving son of the late George E Smith, Jr.,  Eileen (Shorey) Smith and Glenn R. Shorey, Sr.  Devoted father of Suzanna Chase and her husband Michael of Oregon.  Cherished brother of Gene Richard Shorey and his wife Lucy of Hyde Park, Allysn Bannen and her husband Joseph of Hyde Park, Merrilyn Stewart and her husband Donald of Arizona, Lisa Childers and her husband Mark of North Carolina, Steven Smith and his wife Rose of Canton, Dana Smith and his wife Cindy of Washington, Joyce Williams and her late husband Michael of Norwell and the late Glenn "Tiny" Shorey, Jr. and Mary Smith.  Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.  Visiting hours will be held Friday morning from 9-11AM at the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home, 22 Oak Street, Hyde Park followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Most Precious Blood Church, Hyde Park at 11AM.  Interment at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Robert's memory to The Friendship Home, P.O.
