FANNING, Patricia Helen (Condon) Of Hyde Park, formerly of Dedham, August 4, 2018. Beloved wife of the late John E. Fanning Sr. Devoted mother of John E. Fanning II of Plymouth, Patricia H. Murphy and her loving companion John O'Connell of Hyde Park, and the late Francis P. Fanning and his wife Deborah and Michael G. Fanning. Cherished grandmother of Kristene and her husband Derek, whom she lived and shared a special bond with through the years. In addition she is survived by many adoring grandchildren and great grandchildren. Daughter of the late Henry and Helen (Schoner) Condon, she was predeceased by two siblings, Margaret and Henry. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, Aug. 8th at Saint Pius X Church, 101 Wolcott St., Milton, at 10:00 a.m. Visiting Hours will be held at the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home, 22 Oak St., HYDE PARK, on Tuesday from 4 - 7 p.m. Interment will be held at Blue Hill Cemetery in Braintree.
