Wendy Lee Hunt Mitchell

 August 9, 1959 – December 31, 2019

Wendy Lee (Hunt) Mitchell, of Hyde Park, formerly of Quincy, passed away peacefully on December 31 at the age of 60.  She was born in Windsor, VT on August 9, 1959 and was the cherished daughter of Carol Hubbard and the late Roger Hunt.  She is survived by her mother, Carol, of Hyde Park and her two devoted brothers, Kenneth R Hunt of Hartland, VT and Harrison J Hunt of Braintree, MA. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Wendy grew up in Hull, MA, spent much time in Hartland, VT, and graduated from Hull High School in 1977.  She was the Cook Supervisor for 16 years at Parkwell Nursing Home in Hyde Park until their closure where she then transferred to Brush Hill Health Care.  She loved her cat Isabel, enjoyed cooking, gardening, growing flowers and rooting enthusiastically for the Patriots.

At the family’s request, there will be a small private service.
