Devoted father of Carmen and Dr. Joseph Nore of Westwood and Tomas Fraga Jr. and his wife Yenis of Miami. Loving grandfather of Joseph and Anthony Nore. Visiting hours Monday evening from 6-8pm. at the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home, 22 Oak Street, Hyde Park. Funeral Service and interment will be held in Florida.
