Patrick R Clinton

CLINTON, Patrick R. of Canton, Dec. 28, age 22.  Devoted son of Robert J. and Teresa (Roy) Clinton.  Cherished brother of Abby Clinton of Canton.  Loving grandson of Robert P. and Rosemarie (Perdicaro) Clinton (formally of Hyde Park), and Eileen and the late Albert J. Roy (formally of Needham).  Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Patrick will be dearly missed, but part of him will always be with those he loved and those who loved him.  He suffered on and off with mental illness which lead to the drug abuse which ultimately took him from us.  Although we mourn his loss, many will remember the joy he could bring, his smile that would light up a room, a sick but hysterical sense of humor, his love of animals; our dog Cooper, his bearded dragon, Dat Lady, and most importantly his music. It was his life’s blood.  Patrick started in his youth playing guitar. Then he began writing his own songs and recording them in his home studio, which led to his love of creating beats and rap songs from the very essence of his mental anguish. Although he is gone, his music will last forever. Patrick supported so many others during their battles with addiction, and those who have survived can be sure that Patrick would not want any of them to succumb because of his passing. He is with God now and will never again feel the pain and heartache that this life can bring. Funeral from the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home, 22 Oak Street, HYDE PARK, Saturday morning at 9 AM, followed by a Service of Christian Burial at Most Precious Blood Church, Hyde Park, at 10a.m. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Friday evening from 4-8 p.m. Children's Room available.  Interment will be in the spring time at Forest Hills Cemetery, Boston, MA.
